Planning Your First Visit to Mesa Yoga

What to Know Before Your First Visit.
New to Mesa Yoga? Here’s everything you need to know: how to book, what to wear, where we are, and how to feel at home from the very first breath.

Just show up. You’re already enough.

Welcome to your yoga home in St. Moritz. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning after time away, you are warmly welcomed here.

Mesa is a place to reconnect, quietly, consciously, and without pressure. We’ve prepared everything so you can simply arrive, settle in, and begin.

What to Bring (or Not)
We provide all the equipment you need: mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps.
You’re welcome to bring your own, but it’s absolutely not necessary.
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving in.
If you forget something or feel inspired, you’ll find our curated yoga and lounge wear available in the studio.

Booking and Timing

  • Book in advance via our class schedule.
  • Booking closes 30 minutes before class begins.
  • If your plans change, please cancel at least 4 hours before class.
  • Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to give yourself space to settle in before we begin.

Studio Details

  • Toilets and a simple changing area are available.
  • We offer fresh water and our signature Mesa herbal tea to enjoy before or after class.
  • The studio is quiet, warm, and lovingly maintained—a space designed to hold you gently.

What to Expect
Mesa Yoga is rooted in presence, not performance.

Our classes are guided with intention and care.
We focus on breath, sensation, alignment, and awareness; not the number of poses or how they look.

There is structure, but never rigidity. Strength, but never force.

The path is meaningful, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
We trip, we laugh, we try again. We practice compassion, always.

This is a space for real people living real lives.
A space to explore what’s inside, without judgment or expectation.
Mesa offers the stage for whatever you are seeking: balance, stillness, strength, or a simple breath of relief.

Do I Need Experience or Flexibility?
No experience is required.
What matters is your willingness to be present with yourself.

Whether this is your first class or your hundredth, you are welcome here.

Flexibility is not the goal, it’s something that unfolds naturally, over time, through listening and care.

Start where you are. That is more than enough.

Where We Are
Mesa Yoga is located in the Au Reduit building in St. Moritz Dorf.

  • If arriving from Via Serlas, walk up the steps from Läderach.
  • If arriving from the pedestrian zone, walk down the steps just past Hanselmann.

Look for our wooden sign and soft lighting. We’re just above or just below—depending on your path—but always here.

Begin Here
There’s no perfect way to start.
Just a willingness to come.
