ABOUT US
ABOUT US
Mesa Yoga began with a question
How do we create more space for stillness, beauty, connection, and truth?
Mesa means table, altar, offering. A place to gather. A place to listen. A place to remember what matters. Through movement, stillness, conversation, and practice, we come home to ourselves and to one another.

Mesa Yoga was created by Vanessa Leuenberger, a yoga teacher, health coach, and lifelong student of the practice. Drawing from a background that spans hospitality, wellness, and personal growth, she envisioned a space where people could move, reflect, connect, and feel at home.
Your Yoga Home
A place to arrive exactly as you are.
To move. To breathe. To reflect. To connect.
To be supported in your growth and welcomed in every chapter of your journey.

Hi, I'm Vanessa, founder of Mesa Yoga and one of its teachers. I was born in Puerto Rico and have lived in St. Moritz for over 12 years. My path with yoga began 25 years ago, but it was through healing from an injury that I truly discovered its power - for the body, the mind, and the soul. I hold certifications in Hatha Yoga, Anatomy, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pre/post-natal Yoga, and Sound Therapy. I'm also a Duke-certified Health Coach and hold a plant based nutrition certificate from Cornell University. Presence, service, and creating meaningful experiences guide both my teaching and my life. I continue to learn every day- from my practice, from my students, and from the wisdom of the path. I look forward to welcoming you on the mat.

Hi, I'm Corrine. Born and raised in Switzerland, I now live in the beautiful Engadin, surrounded by nature. I've spent extended time traveling through Central America and other places in the world. I love spending time outdoors hiking, running, snowboarding, or cross-country skiing. My fascination with people, health, and life has always guided my path. I first trained in healthcare, driven by my interest in the human body and its abilities. Later, I became a social worker, deepening my understanding of human behaviour and psychology. Years ago, my search for balance and inner connection led me to yoga. In October 2024, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Greece, an experience that enriched me deeply. For me, yoga is far more than movement; it is a holistic practice that connect body, mind, and soul while inviting growth, awareness, and discipline. In my classes, I focus on creating this connection and holding space for every person as a whole. I'm always curious and interested in learning from one another and I'm grateful to share my knowledge with you.

I‘m Gianina, teacher at Mesa Yoga and I was born in Grisons. My path with yoga began 15 years ago as a student. As an artist, I dealt with a lot of insecurity and yoga helped me to balance things out and to stay grounded during challenging times. I hold a Hatha Yoga and a Meditation Teacher Certificate in Traditional Tibetan Buddhism. The Buddhist philosophy inspires me and I regularly attend online courses from the Three Jewels Enlightenment Studio in New York City. I have been teaching Yoga and Meditation since 2022. My teaching style is a mix of Hatha Yoga which is also influenced by Chakra Yoga and Meditation. Also I love to apply my knowledge in daily life and I hope I can inspire you to do the same. My favorite thing to do in my free time is going on retreats and having Dharma coffee with friends.
